4. Online Purchase and Refund Policy

   Services purchased online through the website or through the service provider Cocobuk are non-refundable. All transactions must be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Prepaid Cards enabled for online purchases and must pass the cardholder verification (strong authentication). The Cardholder is responsible for all purchases made on the Baia Sangiorgio website or Cocobuk and is aware that all services purchased, including hotel reservations and any other payments to Baia Sangiorgio, are non-refundable, except for causes directly dependent on Baia Sangiorgio Hotel & Beach Club.
