01Access, Hours, and Admission Tickets
Access to and stay within the Facility are permitted on weekdays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Management reserves the right to extend or shorten the period and/or hours of access, or to temporarily suspend new entries in the event that maximum capacity is reached, due to specific security conditions, or for other justified organizational reasons.
Access is permitted only upon presentation to staff or to the automatic ticket readers designated for this purpose of the appropriate personal admission pass (membership card or day pass), which must be retained for the entire duration of your stay at the facility.
Management also reserves the right to temporarily modify the normal hours of operation in conjunction with major events and/or activities. The account holder may not transfer the use of the cabana and/or beach umbrella spot to a third party. It is prohibited to move the equipment (chairs, lounge chairs, and deck chairs) from the assigned spot. The membership cards issued to the subscriber may not be transferred to a third party.
For organizational reasons, capacity considerations, and to ensure proper allocation of space, management reserves the right to Modify the access procedures for day guests, providing adequate notice before purchase. Specifically, on holidays, days preceding holidays, or days with higher attendance, daily access will be granted exclusively to those who have reserved a workstation online and to guests accompanied by a season pass holder or workstation holder. Accompanied guests They will be assigned to the owner's designated seating area and will be admitted subject to the capacity of that area and the overall availability of the facility., provided that the required admission ticket has been purchased. Previously confirmed admission tickets and reservations remain valid.
Every guest is required to use only the workstation and equipment assigned to you or those belonging to your supervisor's workstation. You may not occupy sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas, or other spaces assigned to third parties, even if they are temporarily free.
02Prohibited Food, Beverages, and Activities
To preserve the decorum and the proper use of spaces, it is not permitted to bring the following into the Facility deck chairs, chairs, lounge chairs, or other personal seating; hard-sided portable coolers or similar camping containers. Any food and beverage containers must be small in size, easy to carry, and able to fit entirely within the assigned space without taking up too much room or getting in the way.
Food and beverages—even if purchased at the Facility’s dining areas—must be consumed while respecting the decorum, hygiene, safety, and peace and quiet of other guests. This is not allowed organize large gatherings or banquets, set up systems for the collective distribution of meals, or use baking sheets, pots, serving trays, or a sufficient number of containers to set up a meal at their assigned stations, under the umbrellas, or in the areas in front of the cabins.
It is expressly prohibited use gas stoves or stoves fueled by other combustibles, and light fires, both in the cabins and in the common areas. Fishing from shore with any type of equipment is also prohibited, as is the cleaning or processing of marine species, such as shellfish, octopus, and crustaceans. Any violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
03Animals
Inside the Facility Pets are not allowed. of any kind, with the exception of guide dogs and service dogs, which must be accompanied by the relevant documentation to be presented to management.
04Access to the Sea and Safety
The coastline along Baia Sangiorgio consists of cliffs; therefore, anyone wishing to enter the water is advised to exercise extreme caution when entering and exiting the water. If necessary, you may ask our lifeguards for assistance. The piers are intended solely for walking and may not be used as diving boards.
Visitors are required to observe standards of good manners and decorum while on the premises. Certain areas of the cliff may be cordoned off by staff because they are dangerous or slippery. Management assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from failure to comply with signage, regulations, or staff instructions.
05Respect for the Ocean and Nature
It is strictly prohibited to throw any kind of trash into the sea, including cigarette butts. Violators will be identified and reported to the appropriate authorities. It is also prohibited to damage greenery or to hang or attach any objects to trees and plants.
06Parking
The area designated for parking cars and motorcycles It is neither guarded nor under active surveillance, as indicated by the signs posted outside and at the entrance to the parking lot. Management therefore assumes no liability for any theft, including break-ins, or damage. Vehicles may not be driven anywhere other than the parking area located at the entrance.
Access to the parking area is permitted only to customers’ vehicles that have the appropriate ticket or pass. If you lose your parking ticket, you will be charged an additional fee of €10.00, in addition to the standard parking fee.
07Prohibited Items and Equipment
It is not permitted to bring into the Facility bicycles of any kind, skates, electric and non-electric scooters, chairs, tables, furniture, dressers, and/or work equipment and tools of any kind or size. Large inflatable mattresses (such as INTEX) are also prohibited.
08Showers
To prevent waste, the showers are controlled by a centralized management system. The cost of a single shower is €0.50. It is strictly prohibited to use shampoo or any other products in the showers located directly on the beach.
09Cabins, Personal Belongings, and Liability
Guests are responsible for any items left in the cabin or brought onto the premises, as well as for any damage such items may cause to people or property. It is prohibited to hammer nails into the walls or bring furniture into the cabin, with the exception of a small table.
In the event of damage, the account holder must compensate for the damage caused to the cabin and, in any case, for any damage to property, instruments, equipment, or facilities owned by the Facility resulting from incompetence, willful misconduct, or gross negligence. Management assumes no liability for items left in the cabin.
At the end of the subscription period indicated in the relevant information sheet, the subscriber must remove all personal belongings from the cabin. Failure to do so authorizes Management to remove any items found inside. Any theft or tampering must be reported promptly to Management.
The owner authorizes management to inspect the interior of the cabin for safety and/or maintenance purposes. Any complaints regarding pre-existing problems or damage to the cabin must be reported at the time of delivery. No cabin cleaning service is provided.
10Padlocks, locker keys, and access passes
You must use the padlocks provided by the facility to lock the cabins. You may not use your own padlocks or locks. If you lose the key, you will be charged €10.00 to replace the lock.
Membership cards, wristbands, and other subscription-based admission passes, with the exception of pay-as-you-go packages known as “Entry Packages,”, They are registered and non-transferable, not even to family members of any degree of kinship. Misuse or transfer of the card may result in its revocation and the subsequent deactivation of services. If the card or wristband is lost, a fee of €25.00 will be charged at the time of deactivation.
11Wind and Adverse Weather Conditions
In the event of strong winds or, in any case, adverse weather conditions, the yellow flag, which stipulates that beach umbrellas must be closed. Canvas beach umbrellas must therefore be closed to ensure the safety of those occupying the beach spot.
If the beach umbrella is closed for reasons beyond the facility’s control—such as strong winds—this does not entitle you to a refund for the spot you purchased for the day.
12Dangerous and Restricted Areas
Access to areas marked with red-and-white tape and signs reading “Danger Zone” is restricted to authorized personnel only, for safety reasons. Management is not liable for any injuries or damage directly resulting from unauthorized access to these areas or from failure to comply with signage and staff instructions.
13Games, sports, kids' club, and daycare
Card games, sports (soccer, volleyball, beach tennis, etc.), and recreational activities may be enjoyed in the designated areas. In the area set aside for card games, it is prohibited to consume food or beverages, even if purchased from the facility’s dining areas.
In the mini-club, nursery, and play areas, children They must remain under the constant supervision of a parent or another responsible adult. The management and staff of the mini-club are not liable for injuries resulting directly from the improper use of the play area or from a failure to supervise the children.
14Facility Workstations and Equipment
The workstation and rented equipment will be assigned by management and demonstrated by staff. You are not permitted to move or transfer your equipment to another workstation or near the ocean.
It is also prohibited to block the hallways and the areas in front of cabins that do not belong to you with equipment or beach towels. Please note that the cabins are not monitored or guarded. Management therefore requests that you Do not leave valuables or documents in the cabins and is not liable for any theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended under the beach umbrella or inside the cab.
15Swimming Pool
The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. To enter the pool, it is mandatory, without exception, to wear a swim cap, as required by current health regulations. The only exceptions to this requirement are those who present appropriate documentation certifying that they are unable to wear a swim cap for strictly medical reasons.
Before entering the pool, you must use the shower located at the entrance. You are not permitted to enter the water while wearing lotion or jewelry. Management assumes no responsibility for any damage to jewelry or personal belongings.
Management reserves the right to change the hours and access procedures as needed and for safety reasons. Any additional guidelines will be posted at the pool entrance.
16Refunds
For reasons beyond the facility’s control—such as sudden adverse weather conditions—it is not possible to request a refund for purchased services, including admission tickets and car/motorcycle parking.
Admission and parking tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show by the customer. This does not apply to cases where the service is not provided due to the facility’s fault, nor does it affect any other mandatory rights provided by law.
17 Acceptance of the Rules
By purchasing a membership or package, or by entering the Facility with a one-day pass, you expressly agree to these rules.
In the event of repeated violations of these regulations or serious conduct that compromises the safety, decorum, or peace and quiet of other guests, management may deactivate access cards, revoke , confiscate assigned equipment, and remove offenders from the facility.
Aggressive, threatening, intimidating, offensive, or seriously disrespectful behavior—whether verbal or physical—toward staff, other guests, or any person present on the premises will not be tolerated.
Such behavior may result in immediate removal from the facility, without prejudice to any additional contractual or legal consequences that may apply.
